| Booking cancellation |
All reservations at Seven Living are subject to the cancellation policy associated with the selected rate plan. Failure to check in or cancellations made outside the allowed cancellation period may incur penalty charges as stated in the applicable cancellation policy. Seven Living reserves the right to cancel or amend reservations in cases involving invalid credit card details, suspected inappropriate activity, booking errors, or reservations that do not comply with our terms and conditions. In the event of an early departure, penalty charges may also apply according to the cancellation policy of the booked rate. Guests are required to provide proof of payment to the hotel reservation department at the time of booking and include the reservation confirmation number in the payment proof. Any bank fees or transaction charges related to the payment process are the responsibility of the guest. Please note that reservations may be canceled by the hotel if proof of payment is not submitted within the required timeframe. In case of cancellation, Seven Living is not obligated to guarantee a replacement booking. Any new reservation will be subject to availability and the best available rate at the time of booking |
Cancellation policy
All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy of the selected rate plan. Cancellation charges, no-show fees, or early departure penalties may apply according to the applicable booking conditions.
Seven Living reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings in cases of invalid payment details, suspected fraudulent activity, booking errors, or non-compliance with the property’s terms and conditions.
Guests are required to provide valid proof of payment within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in reservation cancellation.
Any new booking made after cancellation will be subject to room availability and the best available rate at the time of reservation
